Allergist and clinical immunologist, experience in diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immune diseases – over 18 years of age.
Since 2002 – work in Vilnius University Hospital Santariškės Clinics and University Antakalnis Hospital Allergology Center;
ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS & ACTIVITY
Since 2006 is a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University, Doctor of Science (2012: Lund University, Sweden), Professor (since 2019); lectures, practical work for medical students, doctors, supervision for residents and doctoral students in allergology and clinical immunology; author and co-author of scientific publications, lecturer and organizer of national and international conferences and seminars.
IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Participation in international courses, conferences organized by the Nordic Institute for Occupational Health Development (NIVA), European Academy of Allergologists and Clinical Immunologists (EAACI), European Federation of Internists (EFIM), European Society of Contact Dermatitis (ESCD), European Society of Immunologists (ESID), Catholic At the University of Leuven (Belgium) and at Lund University Skåne University Hospital.
FIELDS OF MEDICAL SCIENTIFIC INTEREST AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Contact allergy: prevalence, new allergens. Rare allergic and immune diseases (hereditary angioedema, mastocytosis, etc.). Diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diseases.
